PATKON Translation Agency opened in November 1994.

Owner and linguist Anna Farin-Rozwora inherited the talent and passion for languages from her father– a translator, who was fluent in six languages. The family still possesses a collection of vintage typewriters and archival carbon-copy translations.

Following her father, Anna Farin-Rozwora graduated in applied linguistics (German and Russian) at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz-Germersheim, Germany. After graduating, having gathered experience in her profession, Farin-Rozwora returned to Poland and opened her own translation agency near Warsaw.

The name PATKON (Patrycja Konstancja) commemorates the following generation.

The agency has always been based in Łomianki; only its location along the main Warszawska Street has changed. At the beginning of 2022, PATKON Translation Agency was relocated to a newly built – elegant and modern architecture in the very centre of Łomianki, at 164 Warszawska Street.

We are always moving with the times. After Poland’s accession to the European Union, we opened up to international cooperations; most of the clients that trusted us back then, are working with us till this day. In 2022, the legal form of the agency was changed from an individual to a company, which contributed to its further development. Our most recent achievement is the expansion of our business onto the German market, with representation in Berlin.
